Agro360 collects only information essential for specialized B2B agronomic and commercial interactions:

1. Browsing & Log Data:

Anonymized IP addresses, browser agents, access timestamps, and page request headers for security audits and infrastructure monitoring.

2. User-Provided Information:

  • Contact & Quotation Inquiries: Full name, corporate entity name, VAT ID, business phone number, email address.
  • Agronomic Orchard Data (Calculator): Cultivated acreage (ha), kiwifruit variety (Green, Gold, Red), planting spacing, percentage of male pollinizers in field, and intended pollination technique.
  • B2B WhatsApp Interactions: Phone numbers and chat correspondence regarding technical specifications, availability, or pricing.
  • Hardware Shop Orders: Corporate billing details, delivery addresses, and transactional records (card numbers are tokenized by PCI-DSS certified payment processors).

Data is processed using electronic and paper-based protocols adhering strictly to Article 32 GDPR requirements: TLS/SSL transmission encryption, multi-factor authentication, segregated cryogenic log storage, and strict role-based access for our technical personnel.

  • Certified temperature-controlled cryogenic carriers (-20°C);
  • Secure European cloud hosting infrastructure (all data centers located within the EEA);
  • Accredited phytosanitary testing laboratories and regional inspection bodies (RUOP compliance);
  • Accounting, auditing, and legal counsel.
Agro360 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. No transfers outside the EEA take place without standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

  • Phytosanitary & RUOP Lot Records 3 full calendar years (Reg. EU 2016/2031)

  • Server Access Logs 6 months from recording
